Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern Only Scams memberships, consulting, content, Store and messaging services. By using the services or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you disagree, do not use or purchase the services.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account and delivery information and protect your sign-in details. You are responsible for activity through your account. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Content, gifts and services are subject to the plan and eligibility requirements presented at purchase or request.

3. Payments and cancellation

The price, billing period and benefits shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Recurring memberships renew according to checkout terms until cancelled; one-time purchases are not recurring subscriptions. Cancel through your account before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not reverse existing charges. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed through the payment network.

4. All sales final — no refunds

All sales are final. Only Scams does not offer voluntary refunds for memberships, renewals, consulting, digital content, downloads or other purchases, including unused access, partial billing periods, accidental purchases or a change of mind. Review your purchase before paying.

This policy does not exclude refunds, remedies, cancellation or withdrawal rights that applicable law requires. Any legally required consent to immediate digital delivery or waiver of withdrawal rights must be obtained separately where required; these terms alone do not waive those rights.

5. Defensive use and conduct

Only Scams is a defensive fraud-prevention service. Do not use it for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, exposing personal information, bypassing access controls or distributing malware. Share only material you have permission to share. Accounts or content may be restricted or removed for abuse, security risks or violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Only Scams content is for personal, lawful use. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly repost, scrape or reproduce paid content without permission. You retain rights in submitted material and grant the permission needed to store, process and display it to intended recipients and operate the service. Members can see material in shared spaces; do not post confidential information there.

7. Advice, AI and third parties

Information and consulting are educational, not legal, financial or investment advice, and do not guarantee protection, fund recovery or outcomes. AI-assisted replies may be used where enabled and can be inaccurate; independently verify important information. Only Scams is not an emergency service. External sites, products and payment services have their own terms. Affiliate links may generate a commission.

8. Availability and liability

Services may be interrupted, updated or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accuracy; Only Scams is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by reliance on content. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy, changes and questions

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Updated terms will have a new effective date; material changes will be communicated where required and will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights. For questions, use the available Only Scams support or private messaging channel.
